Emporia Brands are calling all bartenders from across the UK to create a signature serve using Absenteroux. The top recipes will be entered into 3 territory finals (North, South & Scotland) with the winning recipe receiving a trip to visit Distilleries et Domaines de Provence distillery during the annual worm wood harvest (25 - 26 July).
The only rule is that you must use a mimimum of 20ml's Absenteroux...the best recipes will be entered into the final. Finalists will be announced on the 5th May via Social Media/email.
Entry deadlines: 3rd May.
9th May - North Regional Final @Washhouse, Manchester (1pm)
15th May - South Regional Final @ The Mule Bar at Holy Birds, London (1pm)
16th May - Scotland Regional Final @Bramble Bar (1pm)
The finalist winners will be announced on the 19th May.
