Rémi Landier
Pineau Des Charentes
Cuvée D’Exception

Rémi Landier Pineau des Charentes Cuvée d’Exception is made from ugni blanc grapes and is composed of pineau from the early 2000s and very old batches going back to 1973. This blend has given birth to a particularly aromatic pineau where the cognac has, over time, melted with the grape must. The Cuvée d’Exception completes Rémi Landier’s collection of Extra Vieux Pineau that they’ve been bottling since 2011 in limited series. This fifth bottling (820 bottles worldwide) is a unique expression of very old pineau. A true gastronomic product that delights all lovers of great spirits and great wines.

For 50 years, this quest has pushed the Landier family to offer product both traditional and innovative.

  • Golden. A fruity and vey rich orange blossom and candied fruit nose, with apricot and pineapple at the head. A delicious palate, very well balanced from acidity to freshness. Evolving like a fruit salad; peach, lychee, passion fruit, almond, nutmeg, chesnut and honey. A very long finish with a touch of orange zest, quince, pepper and cacao.
