No need to wonder where this subtle blend of many flabours orginates. It comes from one of the most fragrant regions of France, where expertly selected ingredients are combined to make products worthy of the “Made in Provence” label.

A keeper of mixed traditions, protecting more than 65 ingredients including anise mixed with angelica, sagebrush, and star anise; cinnamon mixed with cardamom, cornflower and tonka beans; cloves mixed with grains of paradise, peppers and balm; liquorice mixed with nutmeg, rosemary, sage, thyme and many others that are all a closely guarded secret. A great pastis produced for connoisseurs, which stimulates the
palate without numbing it. 


Nose: A strong liquorice and aniseed tone with faint mint and camomile. Water tones down aniseed and amplifies the mint.

Palate: Balanced, clean and rounded aniseed with light lemon zest freshness, soft black liquorice, dried mint leaf and a touch of camomile.
