INGREDIENTS & METHOD
- Muddle half a beef tomato into a shaker
- Add 50ml Distil.No9 Small Batch Vodka
- Add 12.5ml of fresh lemon juice
- 3 drops of bitters
- A dash of sea salt
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass with a salt and pepper rim.
