In a mixing glass pour 25ml Chairman’s Reserve Original Rum, 25ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum, 30ml fresh lime juice, 20ml home-made tepache, 25ml avocado stone Orgeat, 10ml orange liqueur, 1passionfruit, add ice and shake. Using a fresh lime rim the glass and add chilli flakes to create a spicy rim. Add ice into the glass and strain the Mi Tia over the ice, garnish with a 10ml vessel of Chairman’s Reserve Original Rum, a mint sprig and half a passionfruit ‘boat’. Simply delicious…
