MAYFIELD GIN BRAMBLE

BY Mayfield Sussex HOP GIN


INGREDIENTS & METHOD

  • 45ml Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin

  • 15ml Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis

  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice

  • Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup

  • Shake and strain over fresh ice

  • Float GB Crème de Cassis on top

  • Garnish with seasonal berries, rosemary sprig and a slice of lemon.
