Add 2 parts Marquis Reserve Armagnac, 0.25 parts of lime juice, 0.5 parts lemon juice, 0.5 parts of simple syrup and egg white. Dry-shake ingredients to emulsify egg. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon flag.
