INGREDIENTS & METHOD
30ml Bounty Rum White
20ml Bounty Rum Coconut
30ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Fresh Pineapple Wedge
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Add all ingredients into a blender with ice
Blend and strain into a ceramic pineapple
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, slice and desiccated coconut.
