Hot on the heels of last year’s of Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin come two original new liqueurs that build on its distinctive base: Mayfield Elderflower & Peach Gin Liqueur and Mayfield Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur.   Mayfield Elderflower & Peach Gin Liqueur uses these two refreshing and contemporary ingredients, with a supporting cast of quince, lemon grass and blackcurrant to add an impressive depth of flavour.  The label features St Dunstan who, according to Mayfield folklore, tricked the devil into wearing a red hot horseshoe, thus creating the legend of the lucky horseshoe. Mayfield Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur tames these characterful ingredients in a liqueur with delicious balance between the power of this pair and the traditional sweetness of a liqueur.  The label celebrates the Cuckoo Line, the railway that ran across East Sussex form Eastbourne to Tunbridge Wells via Mayfield. Both liqueurs are created with natural, ethically sourced ingredients, including the signature Sussex Hop grown at a single farm in nearby Salehurst.
