Marquis Armagnac Sour
The perfect Marquis de Montesquiou Armagnac Sour! Created using 20ml Marquis Reserve Armagnac, 2.5ml of Lime Juice, 5ml of Lemon Juice, 5ml Simple Syrup and Egg White. Dry-shake ingredients to emulsify the egg. Add ice and shake until cold, strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
