Arthur Rackham from the rackhouse in Columbia, Tennessee — chosen for their unique character, balance, and intensity. These are bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and never blended, preserving their raw, natural quality. Each barrel is a one-off — with its own flavour profile, proof and bottle count — making them highly sought after by collectors, premium spirits retailers and top-end bars.
