Created by Master Maker & Blender J. Arthur Rackham, aka Daddy Rack. All corn is sourced from local farmers close to the distillery with a mash of 80% Level 1 Corn, 10% Rye and 10% Malted Barley. After double distillation, the whiskey is filtered using the Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration process before maturity in new American oak barrels with a light char no.3.

Each small batch bottling comes from just 20 carefully selected barrels, followed by the original Daddy Rack Master Blend using his original recipe (no caramel, colouring or anything else is ever added). Before resting and bottling, each batch goes through a second light maple charcoal filtration.

Light golden amber, clear. A maple, honey and light oak nose with caramelised banana. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla with a hint of nutmeg. The finish is long, rich and warm with slight salted popcorn notes.
