Produced by Staritsky & Levitsky, Distil No.9 is handcrafted in limited batches of 9,999 bottles, reflecting careful mastery of grain distillation and modern refinement. The recipe evolved from extensive research into Ukrainian vodka traditions, combining locally sourced grain with pure water, and refined through repeated distillation and charcoal filtration. Its approachable yet refined character makes it suitable for classic serves and contemporary mixology.
