Created by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, Douce is a distinctive “half pear, half Cognac” liqueur built on the marriage of juicy, aromatic Williams pear with generous, gourmand Cognac. The result is a polished fruit liqueur with genuine structure — delivering both bright pear character and the rounded, woody-vanilla complexity Cognac brings. It performs brilliantly as a chilled digestif, over ice, or as a premium cocktail modifier for modern sours and stirred serves.
