Produced by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, Élisir MP Roux is inspired by historic herbal remedies once produced by monks and apothecaries in Provence. A high number of plants, roots, and spices are macerated and blended to create a concentrated elixir traditionally consumed in small serves. Valued for its intensity and heritage, it is typically enjoyed neat, diluted with water, or as a powerful bitter component in cocktails, offering bars and retailers a truly authentic herbal expression.
