Distilleries et Domaines de Provence selected the location of Forcalquier, the capital of flavours and fragrances, where it has remained to this day. In the heart of rural Provence, in an authentic setting between mountains and scrublands, it lovingly rewrites the recipes for its Aperitifs and Spirits. No need to wonder where this subtle blend of many flavours originates. It comes from one of the most fragrant regions of France, where expertly selected ingredients are combined to make products worthy of the “Made in Provence” label.

A symbol of the mountains, Génépi enjoys the same aura of mystery that surrounds all inaccessible things. It is a drink for connoisseurs and lovers of herbal liqueurs. This aromatic liqueur will revive and heat up tired limbs after a day's skiing and is always well received for its digestive qualities at the end of a fondue with friends...


Nose: The aromas are warm, somewhere between the smells of scrubland (spicy) and thyme flower.

Palate: The plant notes from the thyme flowers are joined by a lemon flavour, which gives the Farigoule length on the palate and refreshing finish. Farigoule is elegant, full bodied, plump and well balanced with a memorable length of flavour.
