GENTIANE DE LURE

DISTILLERIES ET DOMAINES DE PROVENCE

Gentiane de Lure is a classic French gentian aperitif with a bold, earthy bitterness and dry alpine character. Made using wild gentian roots from Haute-Provence, it delivers depth, freshness, and structure without excessive sweetness. A distinctive bitter aperitif, ideal for spritzes, long drinks, and aperitif-led cocktail menus.

  • Produced by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, Gentiane de Lure is inspired by traditional mountain aperitifs of southeastern France. Gentian roots are slowly macerated to extract their intense bitterness before being blended to achieve balance and drinkability. Long valued for its appetite-stimulating qualities, it is traditionally served chilled or over ice with citrus, and offers bars and retailers an authentic, low-ABV bitter with strong regional provenance.
