Jimmy Rack Cask Strength Rye is a Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, crafted and mellowed in Tennessee. Bottled at 61.2% ABV, it delivers bold rye spice, sweet citrus, and smooth oak character. A robust yet refined rye for sipping or classic whiskey cocktails.

Daddy Rack’s first rye release is crafted in Tennessee using a classic high-rye mash bill, 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley. Aged in new American oak barrels and charcoal mellowed using the Lincoln County Process, it offers rich spice with a smooth, rounded finish. At 61.2%, this small-batch rye combines intensity and elegance — ideal for high-end bars, whiskey lists, and classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
