Produced by Maison Jules Gautret in the heart of the Cognac and Pineau des Charentes appellations, this rosé Pineau blends freshly pressed red grape juice with aged Cognac before maturing in Limousin oak barrels. The result is a beautifully expressive fortified wine that showcases the region’s savoir-faire and terroir. Traditionally enjoyed well-chilled, it also pairs gracefully with light desserts and can be used as a flavour-rich ingredient in creative cocktail builds.
