Using méthode traditionnelle (secondary fermentation in bottle), this brut sparkling wine is aged for a full year on the lees before disgorgement. With its crisp structure, clean mousse and lifted citrus palate, it’s the perfect pairing for Pousse Rapière or to offer a quality French sparkling at an excellent price point.
